About

Centrepoint is the leading national charity supporting homeless young people, working everyday to give homeless young people a future and to realise its vision of seeing an end to youth homelessness.

At least 75,000 young people across the UK find themselves homeless every year. That’s 1 in every 100 young people. Centrepoint believes that we should live in a society where all young people realise their potential.

Centrepoint supports young people who often have little sense of self-worth or self-respect; helping them to tackle the underlying issues behind their homelessness and focus on the positive aspects of their lives to become resolute, resourceful and resilient.

The charity works with around 800 young people each day so they have a safe place that they can call home. From these foundations, Centrepoint provides all the support young people need to achieve their goals and fulfil their potential, through emotional, health and education support and preparation for independent living and a brighter future.

Tackling homelessness with young people is about more than just shelter and a safe home.
